A flock of sheep has been stolen from a field in North Yorkshire.

The 29 animals were taken from land next to Duck Street Lane in Greenhow, near Pateley Bridge, between 10 and 22 October, according to police.

Officers said they wanted to speak to anyone who saw a wagon or a vehicle with a trailer being driven suspiciously in the area during that period.

Anyone with information has been asked to contact the North Yorkshire force.
