The warning for "very strong and disruptive wind" is valid until 16:00 GMT on Monday.
Storm Debi, the fourth named storm of the season, could bring gusts of up to 80mph, forecasters warned.

According to the Met Office, inland areas are expected to see gusts of 60-65mph. Damage to buildings is possible, with transport cancellations likely.
The storm, which has caused power cuts and travel disruption in some places, will move into the North Sea during Monday evening.
