York builder who became a Latin dance champion

Paul Hopwood has been a builder for 40 years but his real passion is dance.

The 60-year-old, from York, started dancing when he was a boy but stopped when he was 11.

He took it up again in his 30s and went on to win multiple Latin dance championships.

Now, he's teaching BBC Look North's Amy Garcia before taking part in the Burrow Strictly Ball later this month.

The event is to help raise funds for MND charities.
