Construction work on Northern Ireland's first public outdoor skate park is due to begin later in the summer.
The park is being built under the M3 bypass near Belfast city centre and will cost £500,000.
The project is funded by the European Union with Belfast City council contributing £80,000.
The project, titled the Bridges Urban Sports Park, will cover around 20,000 square feet when completed.
The Belfast Urban Sports organisation is working with the council on the project.
The site will be designed and built by Freestyle Skateparks who have previously worked on some of the UK's leading urban sports parks.
