Daniel Libeskind to 'bring life' to Maze prison site
The American architect who is designing the peace centre at the former Maze prison has said he wants to create something that everyone can share.
Daniel Libeskind oversaw the building of the 9/11 Ground Zero memorial in New York and the Jewish Museum in Berlin.
He visited the site of the former Maze prison, outside Lisburn, on Tuesday and said it had huge significance.
He is also meeting with the chairman of the new Maze/Long Kesh Development Corporation, Terence Brannigan.
