Former boxing champion Eamonn Loughran relieved to escape Boston bomb

Former boxer Eamonn Loughran admits he feels "blessed" that he and his wife were not injured in the Boston bombing on Monday.

Ballymena's former WBO Welterweight champion ran in the Boston Marathon and had just crossed the finishing line moments before the first explosion.

Loughran told BBC Radio Ulster's Evening Extra he endured the longest three hours of his life before being reunited with his wife Angela at their hotel.
