Trailer firm Retlan doubles its profits

Retlan Manufacturing, the firm that owns County Antrim-based SDC Trailers, more than doubled its pre-tax profit to £6.3m in 2014.
The detail is contained in the firm's annual accounts, which also show turnover grew from £114m to £131m.
Employment at the group increased over the year from 600 to 665.
The company won a number of significant orders during the year, including its first business in Saudi Arabia.
It makes lorry trailers at its factories in Northern Ireland and England.
The firm is majority-owned by JJ Donnelly and his son Darren.
