Alex Kane keeps promise to sing in dress if Clare Bailey elected

The political commentator Alex Kane has kept his pre-election promise to sing on the steps of Stormont in a dress if the Green Party's Clare Bailey won election as an MLA in South Belfast.

Well, she did, and she joined Mr Kane as he donned a fetching purple number and stretched his vocal chords... and it was all captured on BBC NI's The View programme.
