Fifty years since Armada wreck found by Derry divers

The Spanish Armada galleon La Trinidad Valencera sank in 1588, taken by rough seas off Kinnagoe Bay, County Donegal.

For centuries it had lain undiscovered but in 1971 divers from Londonderry found it and quickly realised it was a site of huge importance.
