Johnson leadership costing communities in NI, says Haigh

Boris Johnson's "addiction to dishonesty is costing communities in Northern Ireland dear", shadow NI secretary Louise Haigh tells the Labour Party conference.

Ms Haigh accused Mr Johnston of putting "self-interest over national interest, every single time".

She said the prime minister had negotiated the NI Protocol and now blames everyone else for the consequences.
