Brexit: 'Article 16 is a very real possibility' says Frost

Brexit Minister Lord Frost said Article 16 "is a very real possibility" if an agreement cannot be reached on the Northern Ireland Protocol.

He has said that a deal can be done with the EU over the Northern Ireland Protocol.

"We want to reach an agreement if we can. It's got to be an agreement that does the job and changes the situation.
