Suspected cocaine with an estimated street value of £100,000 has been seized during the search of a car in County Down, police have said.
About £250,000 in cash was also found during the search on the A1 between Hillsborough and Dromore shortly after 08:35 GMT on Saturday.
Follow up searches at two houses in the west Belfast area led to the recovery of more cash and cocaine.
Two people - a 24-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman - have been arrested.
They are being questioned on suspicion of possessing criminal property and possession of a Class A controlled drug with intent to supply.
The latest seizure comes after police found more than 400 suspected cannabis plants in the Rathfriland area of County Down on Friday.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said the plants - estimated to be worth about £200,000 - were found after a search of a property and located in a suspected cannabis factory.
A man in his 30s has been arrested and items, including phones, were seized.
Police appealed for information and said tackling drugs was a priority.
