Lord Barnett: change my Scotland, Wales, NI formula funding
Lord Barnett is calling for a change to the formula that bears his name, saying additional funding is being used for political purposes for subsidies not available in England.
The Barnett Formula calculates the way in which money from central Government gets allocated to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
But even he thinks it is now unfair and needs changing. Giles Dilnot went to meet him.
