Balls: 'Things are going in the wrong direction'

Ed Balls accuses Chancellor George Osborne of "crushing the economy" and tells him to get a "Plan B."

Speaking on The Andrew Marr Show the Shadow Chancellor added that Osborne needed to "realise that if people are not in work paying taxes then you cannot get the deficit down in a sensible way."
