Lords reform and elections: Paul Tyler and John Prescott debate

Lord Prescott explained why he believed Ed Miliband was "wrong on both" for backing the AV referendum bid and for planned reforms with elections in the House of Lords.

Liberal Democrat Lord Tyler explained why he would like a House of Lords elected under Proportional Representation, despite the public rejecting a bid for an electoral change in the Alternative Vote referendum last month.
