Portcullis logo scares public off Parliament, says adviser

Parliament's portcullis logo can be seen by the public as closed and unwelcoming, or even a gate to keep them out, an adviser to the Speaker has said.

Adam Fleming investigated the claims of Dr Jonathan Drori about the logo, which is found all over parliamentary buildings, furniture, clothing and stationery, although Labour MP Rosie Cooper was "astounded" by his comments.
