SWP's Michael Bradley on Tesco work experience protests

Help

Michael Bradley, from Right to Work, explained it took the occupation of Tesco and McDonald's sites to highlight opposition to the government work experience programmes.

He said there were "young people rotting on the dole queues whose lives are being ruined" and people should not be "coerced" onto the scheme but paid the minimum wage.

Foreign Minister Jeremy Browne and shadow cabinet office minister Michael Dugher joined in the debate on work experience plans - which has seen major employers pull out after negative headlines.

Mr Bradley was also challenged by Andrew Neil on the polices and revolutionary calls of the Socialist Workers Party, which helps fund his work.
