Labour plan on children benefit, 50p and mansion tax
The shadow Chief Secretary to the Treasury has said Labour would support a mansion tax and use the money to "support families earning modest and middle incomes".
Rachel Reeves spoke after Ed Miliband and Ed Balls' joint conference ahead of next week's Budget, as she called for the government to rethink its plans on child benefit changes.
