Cash for access: Michael Dugher and Michael Fallon

Shadow Cabinet Office Minister Michael Dugher called for an independent inquiry into allegations over cash for access, and said it was "intolerable" for the Conservative Party to investigate itself.

Conservative deputy chairman Michael Fallon said no one was given special access and no one was able to dictate policy. He also argued the Labour Party was run by the trade unions.
