PMQs: Cameron and Miliband on 50p tax rate and Budget

During a combative PMQs, the Labour leader asked the prime minister about the amount of money that would be saved by millionaires due to the recent Budget cut in the top rate of income tax from 50p to 45p.

David Cameron said it would bring in more money and that the leader of the opposition was "incompetent".

Ed Miliband said the prime minister was "speaking rubbish as always" as they traded exchanges on tax.
