Welsh local council elections: view from Barry Island

The four largest parties are pitching for votes in local elections across Wales, where the power balance is different to Westminster.

David Thompson went to Barry Island - home of TV's Gavin and Stacey - and spoke to Conservative Alun Cairns, Plaid Cymru's Helen Mary Jones, Labour's Rhodri Morgan and Liberal Democrats Kirsty Williams.
