London elections: BNP's Carlos Cortiglia on immigration
The Uruguayan BNP candidate for the London mayoral elections spoke of "socialist principles" for public services and how the party "had to change" its immigration policies.
Carlos Cortiglia denied newspaper reports he offered to fight for Argentina against the UK in the 1982 Falklands War.
He came to the UK more than 20 years ago, and told Andrew Neil how he wanted to put an end to the "1930s chauvinism" he saw in Britain.
