Bank of England gets Financial Services Authority roles

The government plans to scrap the Financial Services Authority and hand most of its powers to various Bank of England committees.

David Thompson spoke to the Treasury Select Committee's past chairman Lord McFall and current chairman Andrew Tyrie MP looking back to previous problems and if asking if the FSA replacements were any more likely to protect the public.
