PMQs: Miliband accuses Cameron of 'panic at pumps'

Ed Miliband teased the prime minister over U-Turns by quoting David Cameron saying he had worked through the Budget with the chancellor line-by-line.

Referring to Tuesday's announcement to cancel a planned 3p rise in fuel duty, the Labour leader claimed it was "another case of panic at the pumps" and called on Mr Cameron to admit "Plan A has failed".

But David Cameron claimed he was reversing Labour's mistakes and the opposition should be congratulating the government for being on the side of families and businesses.
