English Democrats: Robin Tilbook on party conference
England gets a "raw end of the deal" from the Barnett Formula, the leader the English Democrats Party has claimed.
Robin Tilbrook said that parts of England were "not at all prosperous", and saw money sent to richer parts of Scotland.
He claimed England was "not properly represented in the political process" and he called for a Secretary of State of England and First Minister as it got the "raw end of the deal".
Members of his party, formed in 2002, are gathering for their conference in Hertfordshire this weekend.
