Budget 2013: Miliband slams 'downgraded chancellor'

Labour leader Ed Miliband has accused the chancellor of delivering "a more of the same Budget" in response to downgraded growth forecasts.

Giving the opposition's response to the Budget, Mr Miliband described George Osborne as a "downgraded chancellor".

He also raised the issue of the Evening Standard publishing details of the chancellor's plan - including market sensitive data - ahead of Mr Osborne's announcement.
