Lib Dem conference: Clegg recalls setting up coalition
The deputy prime minister recalled how Whitehall's civil servants were not ready for a coalition government after the last general election.
Nick Clegg told his party conference that viewers saw "the calm bit in the Rose Garden", but "not the utter chaos indoors".
As he opened his speech to the party conference in Glasgow, he looked back to 2010, and said: "I don't think anyone was quite sure how it was all going to work."
