Lib Dem conference: Views on economy, Osborne and Cable

The chancellor has claimed the economy was "turning a corner" but Vince Cable later suggested it was still in a "long dark tunnel."

Lib Dem activists at their party conference were asked which phrase best fitted the British economy, when Adam Fleming asked for votes in the Daily Politics soapbox, an unscientific test of plastic balls and a bin.
