College of Europe in Bruges: Home of Thatcher speech
The College of Europe in Bruges is famous for a speech by Margaret Thatcher, and is where Nick Clegg and the Danish prime minister went to university.
The Belgian college may have one only UK-government sponsored place each year, but you can learn all about heteroskedasticity - where the variability of a variable is unequal across the range of values of a second variable that predicts it - or something to do with statistics.
