RMT union's Bob Crow on ticket offices and Tube strikes
The RMT union leader said London Underground's claim that only 3% of Tube travellers use its booking offices is "not true".
And Bob Crow said "it does not make sense" to cut staffing and ticket offices while numbers were going up, and Tube opening hours were to be extended through Friday and Saturday nights.
But he told Andrew Neil on the Sunday Politics that his members have been "crying out for new technology".
They looked at the recent dispute, which saw a two-day strike go ahead on the London Underground, but a later planned 48-hour action was called off.
