Horse fly-grazing - illegal grazing of animals on farms

MPs have debated the issue of horse fly-grazing, where people leave their animals on farmland without payment or permission.

Conservative MP Damian Hinds has had problems in his constituency, and called for action, which he highlighted in a personal Daily Politics film from Hampshire.
