Budget 2014: Will pensions be spent on sports cars?

The minister who said pensioners should be free to spend their savings on a Lamborghini following a rule change in the Budget has defended his position.

Speaking to the BBC's Norman Smith, pensions minister Steve Webb said it was "their choice" when asked about how pensioners may choose to spend their money.
