PMQs: Cameron and Blomfield on NHS pay rises
A Labour MP quoted the prime minister saying that employers should give their staff "decent pay rises" and asked why the government did not implement a 1% pay rise for NHS staff.
David Cameron told Paul Blomfield the lowest paid were getting a pay rise, and progression pay meant some would get rises of 2%, 3% or 4% and they would be paying less tax.
