Scottish Labour: 'Extreme' options are unacceptable

Former prime minister Gordon Brown will today say he will campaign for a "third option" of a new form of federalism for Scotland that he says is crucial to unite the country. He will suggest a wide range of new powers that would mean the Scottish parliament could set VAT rates and sign international treaties.

Kezia Dugdale, leader of Scottish Labour, tells the Today programme that it's important to "get away" from Scottish nationalism and the Tory status quo.
