Borrow more for new housing, says Sajid Javid

Communities Secretary Sajid Javid has said the government should borrow more money to invest in hundreds of thousands of new homes.

Speaking to the BBC's Andrew Marr, he said he expected measures to tackle the housing crisis in next month's budget.
