We are making Brexit progress, says David Davis

Brexit Secretary David Davis defends the government in the Commons, saying progress is being made in negotiations despite Monday's failure to nail down a first-phase deal.

He tells MPs any agreement with the EU must respect the constitutional integrity of the whole of the United Kingdom as well as that of the EU's internal market.
