Chris Grayling 'an optimist' over Brexit talks

Transport Secretary Chris Grayling said that he was optimistic about a Brexit deal being agreed to allow trade talks to get the go-ahead next week.

But, he told BBC Breakfast, the government was preparing for "all scenarios" - from a free trade deal between the UK and the EU, to a "no deal" Brexit.
