Nick Gibb: ‘Moral imperative’ to reopen English schools

Nick Gibb said he was “absolutely confident” that schools in England will reopen next month.

The schools minister said children want to be back in lessons with their friends, and there was a "moral imperative" for children to be back in school.

Schools in Scotland and Northern Ireland have started to reopen.
