Liberal Democrats: Ed Davey opposes new Scottish referendum

Sir Ed Davey has said his party will not support a second Scottish independence referendum.

The Liberal Democrat leader told the BBC his party would vote against one even if the SNP were to win a majority next year's Holyrood election.
