Keir Starmer on UK help to get Brits and Afghans out of Kabul

Britain owes an obligation to people who have worked for the UK, the Labour leader has said over people trying to leave Afghanistan.

Sir Keir Starmer said talking about exact numbers was “not helpful” and he would press the PM in the recall debate on Wednesday about the UK’s plan to help refugees.

He described the situation in Afghanistan as "touch and go"
