Eustice on UK, France and Channel Isles fishing trawler dispute
The UK's door "remains ever open" to hold talks with France over escalating tensions over post-Brexit fishing rights about trawlers' access to waters, George Eustice has told MPs.
The UK environment secretary said France's response has been "disappointing and disproportionate".
He said if they were carried through, they would be met with a "appropriate and calibrate response".
