Archbishop Welby: "Disappointed" by Tory Christmas party

The Archbishop of Canterbury says he was disappointed to see a photo of Conservative activists having what looked like a party at Tory headquarters last Christmas.

Around the same time, Justin Welby was comforting dying patients at nearby St Thomas's Hospital in central London.
