Sajid Javid says tax cuts are needed before growth
Former health secretary Sajid Javid has been outlining his tax plans if he becomes the next prime minister. been discussing his bid to be leader of the Conservative Party, and the UK's next prime minister, on BBC Sunday Morning.
Mr Javid told BBC Sunday Morning's Sophie Raworth that tax cuts would be a financial priority for him.
Without tax cuts, he said, the economy would not grow and public services would not receive proper funding.
