Mark Harper welcomes 'resounding' RMT pay deal vote
Mark Harper has welcomed the decision of workers in the RMT union to accept a pay deal to end their dispute with Network Rail.
Speaking to broadcasters, the transport secretary said the "resounding" approval of the "fair and reasonable" offer would pave the way for railway modernisation.
