Starmer on Sunak attack ads: No apology

The Labour leader denied targeting the PM's wife in a series of so-called attack adverts against the Conservatives.

Sir Keir Starmer said there would be no apologies for criticising the government and said five prime ministers since 2010 were jointly responsible for the party's record in office.

One advert looked at Rishi Sunak's record on jailing paedophiles, another looked at tax and referenced his family's financial affairs.
