Ed Davey has 'ambitious' plan to end cancer delays
The Liberal Democrat leader has pledged to make cancer treatment a top priority for his party.
Sir Ed Davey announced a plan to end "unacceptable" cancer treatment delays and to boost survival rates with a new legal right to start treatment within 62 days of an urgent referral in England.
