Liverpool region mayor tells government 'enough is enough'
Steve Rotheram said voters in his region have "hollered at the top of their voices" in the mayoral election.
The re-elected Labour Liverpool City regional mayor was re-elected and said "locally Labour is delivering in power".
The Labour mayor added that the message people in his patch were telling the government was "enough is enough".
