Anger at postcode delivery charges

Thousands of Scots have paid over the odds for goods they have bought on the internet because of their postcode.

Research has suggested people in many rural and remote areas are having to stump up extra for delivery.

Some companies have been accused of adding extra charges simply because of where they think their customer lives.
