End of the line for The Dandy?

Britain's longest running comic, The Dandy, is facing closure after 75 years.

Characters such as Desperate Dan and Korky the Kat once helped it sell two million copies a week. Circulation has fallen to less than 8,000.

Publishers DC Thomson say the future of the comic was being reviewed but no final decision has been taken.

At its peak, the Dandy was a favourite across the UK, as these former readers in Glasgow recall.
