Comedian Sanjeev Kohli discovers that the Barnett Formula isn't a fancy hair product, but a mathematical equation used to work out the Westminster block grant for England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.

He interrupts Prof John Curtice's session at the hairdresser to ask him to explain what might happen to the Barnett Formula in the event of Scottish independence.
